the parking was secure and on site, convenient. the gym and pool access at the hotel across the street was also a nice perk. i found the room satisfactory and the bed comfortable, though.

The pool was a good size.
Our room was missing several items. We had to request towels, sheets, and cutlery, which should have already been in the room (I found that strange). Motorbikes often sped along the nearby road at night, keeping me awake.

I enjoyed my time here for five nights! the location was really convenient. I could easily walk to nearby shops. the hotel had a nice, clean pool, too. I spent a lot of time relaxing there. my room also had a small kitchen. that helped me prepare some of my own meals!
The gym was a little small. It only had a few machines. it would have been nice to have more equipment available. I had to wait to use the treadmill

The hotel features a well-kept pool suitable for both adults and children. Plenty of sun loungers surround it! a small on-site shop offers essential items, and there is also an adequate gym. it has basic equipment.

The staff was attentive and quick to address requests. They were very polite! check-in was efficient with minimal waiting time, and housekeeping provided daily cleaning services. the room service menu had some options, too.

I'm grateful for the spacious and stylish apartment. it provided ample room for both children and adults. the standout feature for us was the pool. The children were so thrilled! we also found proximity to everything, shops, landmarks, and many restaurants nearby.
The key cards needed frequent re-activation. They often didn't work when we needed them.

The rooms were spacious. I noticed there was ample space for luggage. the beds were comfortable, and there were extra pillows in the closet, something. i appreciated the availability of a fully equipped kitchen in our apartment.

the staff at the reception spoke english well. they were always patient, even with our large group, and helped us with taxis! there was consistent security at the entrance.

the staff provided really good service i appreciated the availability of taxis directly outside the hotel it made travel simple security felt comprehensive with 24/7 surveillance i found the apartment spacious complete with all necessary amenities. the cleaning lady on the second floor, mariam, was polite i valued her professional service. i was able to prepare meals in my room thanks to the included kitchen. a store is located within a minute's walk from the building that was useful.
the bathroom could benefit from some updates the fixtures seem a bit worn.
